What areas do you serve?
We deliver across Florida's East Coast including Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Palm Beach, Port Canaveral, Daytona Beach, Saint Augustine, and Jacksonville — including all major cruise ports in each city.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST for next-day delivery are subject to availability.
What are your delivery hours?
Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM. All deliveries are guaranteed within a 2-hour window of your requested time, excluding cruise port deliveries.
How does cruise port delivery work?
All cruise deliveries are self-pickup at the designated port location unless stateroom delivery is prearranged at least 45 days in advance. Delivery is scheduled based on your verified check-in time — not your port arrival. Do not proceed through security until you have your equipment in hand.
Our Cruise Delivery Process

Delivery Day — Driver Notification
On your delivery day, you will receive a text message containing your driver's name, photograph, and estimated time of arrival to the cruise port. You will always know exactly who is coming and when.

Delivery Confirmation with Photos
Once delivery is complete, you will receive a second set of text messages including 360-degree photographs of your unit, the delivery location, and the surrounding landscape — so you can easily identify exactly where your equipment is waiting when you arrive at the port.

Lockbox & Key Information
A photograph of your lockbox will be included in your delivery confirmation. Each Go Rolling Waves lockbox bears a uniquely assigned alphanumeric identification tag — for example, RW000 — ensuring your equipment is always traceable and accounted for. Your four-digit passcode will be clearly visible in the photograph and will also be provided in the body of the accompanying text message — ensuring you have everything you need, precisely when you need it, for a seamless and effortless arrival experience.

Confirm Your Arrival
Once you have located and secured your unit, please send a quick text to (772) 356-4578 to confirm receipt. This allows us to officially close your delivery ticket and ensures everything is accounted for on our end.

Easy Return — Your Drop-Off Receipt
Returning your unit is simple and fully protects you from the $250 Loss & Recovery Fee. Before leaving the terminal, return the unit to the same location, place the key in the lockbox, scramble the code, and take a few photographs showing the unit and its surroundings. Text those photos to (772) 356-4578. Once we receive your photos, you are fully released from responsibility for the unit — your photos serve as your official drop-off receipt and protection against any loss claim.
Is the equipment charged and inspected before delivery?
Yes — without exception. Every unit is fully inspected and charged before each delivery. We recommend charging powered units nightly throughout your rental period to maintain peak battery performance.
What is your return policy?
All rentals must be returned to the predetermined pickup location at the agreed time. Rental equipment left aboard a cruise ship — unless an alternative return arrangement has been prearranged — will be assessed a $250 Loss & Recovery Fee, up to the full retail replacement value of the unit. If the rental unit is not recovered within 15 days of the reported loss, the full replacement value will be due.
Do you deliver to hotels?
Yes. Hotel deliveries are handed to the front desk, concierge, or valet. You must have a verifiable reservation and notify hotel management of the incoming delivery in advance. Equipment must be returned to the front desk or concierge at checkout.
Do you sell equipment in addition to renting?
Yes. Go Rolling Waves is proud to be an authorized dealership for both Pride Mobility and Golden Technologies — two of the most trusted names in the mobility industry. We offer their full range of inventory for direct purchase, including scooters, power chairs, lift chairs, and more.
