Go Rolling Waves provides short-term rental of mobility equipment and baby gear along Florida's East Coast, including cruise port pickup and delivery services. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize Go Rolling Waves to charge the total amount due, including any applicable deposits, delivery fees, or taxes. All charges are in U.S. dollars.
A refundable security deposit may be required at the time of booking. Deposits are returned upon timely return of equipment in undamaged condition, per the terms of your rental agreement.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the rental start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the rental start date may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. Refunds, when applicable, are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for the equipment during the rental period. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the card on file. Go Rolling Waves is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse of rented equipment.
Delivery and pickup are available at select Florida East Coast locations and cruise ports. Delivery windows will be confirmed at booking. The customer must be present or make approved arrangements for unattended delivery.
Any disputes related to charges should first be directed to Go Rolling Waves at gorollingwaves@gmail.com or (772) 356-4578 before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving issues promptly and fairly.
Your payment and personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is never sold or shared with third parties except as required to process your transaction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of St. Lucie County, Florida.
